M-Tech’s electrical control panel documentation begins at inception and follows through past final inspection.
During the initial phases of quotation, M-Tech verifies agency approvals for each component and confirms the design meets industry standards for safety. Our final quotation will identify price options and exceptions for your consideration.
When a panel order is issued to M-Tech a job traveler is issued to support the management of your project through the assembly process. Categories for Mechanical Inspection, Electrical inspection, Production Time and Change Detail ensure each panel meets M-Tech’s standards for accuracy and quality.
After assembly the panel is inspected by our dedicated quality inspection department. The inspection process includes a Visual Inspection, Termination Pull Test, Point to Point Evaluation, Mechanical / Electrical Test, VFD Test and confirmation to UL approvals.
When a panel passes final inspection, if specified, a UL label is affixed with serial numbers recorded and filed. Digital photos are security stored, and a document packet is prepared. The Document Packet will include Panel Layout, Dimensional and Schematic Drawings, Bill of Material, and key component manuals.
